I can't find the words to explain how incredible this company is, after using another company who showed ableism, misogynistic attitude and discrimination towards me, as well as severely messing up my order, I sought out another company. My nerves were a wreck, I put a plea out on Facebook to ask for help with recommendations, Bradley reached out to me in a non-judgemental none threatening manner, this is my first venture into publishing and after that first experience I was genuinely terrified about the same thing happening again. Bradley was incredible, he metaphorically held my hand throughout the entire process, when I was having wobbles he reassured me, when I was getting stressed he calmed me, he went above and beyond for me and I will never ever forget his kindness, compassion and understanding. If you are looking for incredible customer service, high quality professional printing then look no further than Bradley and his team, I will not go anywhere else ever again!
