Service quits unexpectedly, then they are difficult to contact and take a long time to fix, with more fees each time. Then trying to get custody of our website from them has taken 6 months to get them to agree and they are charging 1000 to cancel their services. I get in trouble with my boss for all this trouble. I feel scammed.The website was barely up to standards, with non-functional buttons and text that we wanted to have changed and couldn't get it changed. We're a small business and we never asked for this hassle.

Professional SCAMMERS!! This is NOT a US company! They will sell you a dream and not even deliver on the simplest project. The WILL NOT honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee . Keep looking. If you are considering iMedia for website development services, especially on a CMS you can do way better. Working with these folks starts off great and goes bad fast. Expect lots of problems, gross delays and finger pointing from start to finish. Very poor QA/QC! Management is not focused on the customer and is distracted by other ventures.

I hired Radiant Elephant to handle SEO for my Boston Business. I had worked with other SEO agencies, including some of the leading Boston SEO companies in the past and didn't see results. This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.

I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate.Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. A high degree of pragmatism was applied by JSMT reducing costs and speeding development time all without compromising design and function.
