I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate.Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. A high degree of pragmatism was applied by JSMT reducing costs and speeding development time all without compromising design and function.

In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money.Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. We have since worked together on two additional pages, the last of which involved a complete rebranding of my consulting services business, including logo and supporting graphic material.They contributed significantly to improving the overall marketing, are exceptionally responsive to minor edits or glitches that arise, and each month I receive a report that explains each back-up, outage, off-normal event, and other information that now allows me to test marketing and outreach approaches.They also went over and above expectations in the final layout, the addition of a video element, and several other things that have improved the site, its ranking, and has generated very positive customer feedback.I am still a dinosaur, and they are still exceptionally patient. And competent. And professional. I've recommended them often and will continue to do so. I expect Splurge Media to be the last web design and maintenance team I will ever engage. As a solopreneur, it feels SO GOOD to never have another worry about the websites.
