The only delays during the process were on my part, with making amendments, as I unfortunately fell ill with coronavirus during that period. But Denis was understanding and waited until I recovered a bit and was able to continue discussing the website's functionality. Thank you. The most important thing is the end result! Once Denis completed all the edits I'd specified, the website looked exactly as I'd imagined it before ordering it from Denis! And that's the most important thing! He understands what the client wants and does it professionally! Sorry for the long letter, but it's from the heart, coming from a real client, and I think it shows. One thing I can say is that Denis keeps his word, and if he promises something, he does it! It's very important these days to be a responsible person and a professional. Denis is that kind of person.
