eCommerce Development Review from Jutamas Puengpinit

We engaged SoftLoft, Inc. to enhance our e-commerce platform, which is critical for delivering our modular IoT solutions efficiently across emerging markets. As Mandom Corporation (Thailand) Limited operates in a fast-paced production and tech environment, we needed a development team that could understand both our industry-specific needs and the technical depth required to support our operations. Our goal was to refine our platform's functionality, improve system stability, and enable easier configuration and ordering of IoT devices for clients.SoftLoft delivered far beyond our expectations. Their team, consisting of a Business Analyst, four Magento developers, and two testers, approached the project with remarkable professionalism. From the outset, the Business Analyst played a pivotal role in capturing our requirements in detail and transforming them into clearly defined tasks. This laid a strong foundation for the developers to implement complex features with precision, and for the QA team to conduct thorough, issue-free testing. The project involved building a new interface for configuring device packages, optimizing backend operations for better order management, and delivering detailed documentation to support ongoing maintenance. Every deliverable was executed with care, on time, and with full transparency. What stood out most was SoftLofts commitment to quality and their responsiveness. Communication was smooth and proactive throughout the project. Their attention to detail, flexibility in accommodating adjustments, and clear documentation ensured a seamless experience for our team. The improvements they implemented significantly reduced internal friction and enhanced client satisfaction. Our experience with SoftLoft was outstanding. They brought structure, clarity, and excellence to every phase of the project. We would highly recommend them to any business seeking a reliable and capable development partner for e-commerce solutions.

eCommerce Development Review from Lev Peysekhman

I had the pleasure of working with this development team on launching an eCommerce store for our healthcare retail business in Thailand. The project was complex building a Magento-based platform integrating over 10 different systems, including product and order management, plus financial tools. They also developed some really smart features, like a dynamic questionnaire that recommends vitamins based on user input, and a secure portal for doctors to manage prescription orders. What impressed me most was their professionalism and adaptability. We had a lot of stakeholders with varying needs, tight deadlines, and even changing regulations that required quick adjustments. Despite all this, the team remained agile, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what was promised on time.Their technical expertise ensured seamless integration across all systems, which made the entire operation much smoother. Thanks to their work, we launched a fully functional store that improved customer experience and compliance with healthcare regulations. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled partner for complex eCommerce projects.
