They rigged motorcycles and chase vehicles to capture jaw-dropping footage from angles I didn’t even think were possible. Thank you, Episode 11! It’s hard to capture in words what a summer camp experience means to kids. A very “regular" experience like summer camp is even more meaningful for kids with unique medical conditions. Since 2010 Camp LUCK has provided a positive experience that helps everyone reach their potential by building self-esteem, friendships and character in a safe environment. We want our “heart kids” to be “regular kids” for a week and participate in awesome activities that they might not normally be able to. Episode 11 volunteered to capture that experience — and did so — through the words and pictures of some of our campers. The campers’ candid interviews are a powerful reminder of what Camp LUCK means to these kids and their families. And without question, the video documents how much fun they have just being kids.

I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing. Films by Farallon was excellent to work with from start to finish. Their communication was clear and timely throughout the pre-production process, and they executed exactly to spec on shoot day. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office. Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. They were flexible and collaborative in thinking through solutions for large file delivery and made the process easy on our end. The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We'd happily work with them again!
