By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund. I do not recommend. Also, half of the positive comments here belong to the team...

I worked with Elixir on printinting our save the dates for my upcoming wedding, and they were so wonderful! They had excellent communication with us through the whole process, and got things done in a prompt manner. We loved how the images turned out! We approached New West Video for a short turnaround job at the G7 Canada Brain Economy Summit in Calgary and were delighted with the results. Sergey linked in with my colleague who was presenting at the event, along with other members of his panel, and was able to create two great content pieces for our social channels; one reviewing our presentation as a news package with b-roll, and the other looking at the event from the 'day in the life' perspective of my colleague, with some great creativity and thought going into the shots he selected. Despite us each working to an eight-hour time difference on completely different continents, communication with Sergey was swift and efficient and we'd be delighted to work with New West Video again next time we have a major event in the region.
