Ana and the AVR Media group were SO fantastic to work with! Working with this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. We ordered new content for one of our Amazon listings and paid over $1,000 upfront. When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund.At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. We declined, and I am now sharing my experience.I would be very cautious about trusting these 5-star reviews on Google because the service they provided was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
