We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

Their logo design services are top-notch. I worked with them for the logo of my food trailer, and the final design perfectly matched what I had envisioned for a long time. I also got T-shirts, caps, and a website from them, and they have become my go-to team for all my digital and branding needs. I would highly recommend them to other business owners.

This place is owned and ran by a great man with a big heart. During all the layoffs when Covid first hit he found a way to keep his business up and running and all his employees working from home so they weren't out of a job or income. Most big corporations would just want to make sure their business stayed afloat. But not Chuck Muller. A genuine soul with a heart of gold.

I had an amazing experience working with Steve! I already had an existing website, but he completely elevated it by improving its functionality. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always made sure I understood what was happening and had the opportunity to provide feedback. One thing I especially appreciated was that he was willing to meet with me in person to discuss my ideas, wishes, and vision for the website. As a small business owner, your time is everything, and I felt the level of personal attention and communication he gave the project made the experience feel very collaborative rather than overwhelming. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand my business needs and the way I wanted my customers to experience my brand throughout the website. Now, every stage of browsing and ordering feels cohesive and intentional, creating a much stronger and more polished brand experience from start to finish. The final design exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with how everything came together. I finally feel that my website reflects my business branding and the vision I had in mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, professional, communicative, and friendly web developer who genuinely takes the time to bring your ideas to life!
