Worst company I've ever works with awful. I would give them negative -100 if I could. Unfortunately google forces me to give a 1 star. I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Visual Design Inc. to warn others who might be considering their services. Despite their professional demeanor during initial communications, their actions did not align with their promises, and the end result was highly disappointing. I initially paid them $10,000 for a project they assured me would be completed in a reasonable timeframe. However, over the course of a year, I was shuffled between different team members, and the project saw little to no significant progress. Their professional facade had nothing to do with delivering actual results. The delays and lack of accountability forced me to hire another company to pick up the slack, costing me an additional $3,000–$5,000 to get the project back on track. Moreover, due to their delays, I had to pay for AWS RDS Extended Support for an extra six months, incurring further unplanned expenses. In total, I ended up spending thousands more than anticipated, with a great deal of time wasted. I strongly advise staying away from Visual Design Inc. Their initial professionalism does not translate into fulfilling their commitments, and based on my experience, they may not deliver on their promises. We are still thinking about taking legal action.

They use a false mailing address and they are not registered with the State of California as a corporation. Without warning, they 'archived' my website project and then tried to charge me $300 more dollars to 'unarchive' it. They wasted countless hours of my professional time and I still don't have a website. My advice is to avoid them like the plague.

Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. Black Flag provided us with a high-quality product and were so much fun to work with along the way. A helpful tip: save some of your funding for ongoing maintenance because once you start working with them, you won’t want to stop!

I read reviews of almost 100 companies and spoke with reps from 5 before finally going with Appingine for my first app. I'm sure you can pay more for less quality from a different company but why would you? They were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. They split the charges by stage of development like every professional company should. I needed to make several changes during development and the cost was reasonable. Anthony was awesome and helped me along every step of the way. Apple has more stringent requirements than Google and Appingine was able to get the app published on both stores. Looking forward to more projects with them. Once again, don't pay more for less, go with Appingine!

Most of the glowing reviews here don’t seem to be from real clients. My experience was the opposite. This company is grossly incompetent. They charged high fees but delivered sub-par work, riddled with delays and headaches that continued even after the contract ended. They were hired to design a web app, but the end product was so poor that I had to bring in engineers to fix the mess they left behind. There were issues at every stage of the project, from design to deployment. What stings the most is that I was the one who recommended them to my team because a friend knew the owner. I deeply regret that recommendation. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the team, Lanre especially, were at least cooperative — but cooperation is pointless (and frankly annoying) when the work is fundamentally flawed. My advice: stick to using them only for basic website creation, and hire a skilled freelancer for more advanced projects. My advice to Chisom: It’s unfortunate that our experience turned out so poorly, because your company is a great concept with a lot of potential. Protect the brand you’ve worked so hard to build — the sweat and tears show — by investing in skilled engineers and raising delivery standards. Otherwise, you risk frustrated clients, avoidable disputes, and damage to the reputation you’ve worked to establish.
