I reached out to Sleepless Media after the company I originally chose to work with to transition from BigCommerce to Shopify did an awful job. What was supposed to be a three month project was now a year and a half nightmare. The team at Sleepless Media was so knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, and just amazing to work with. If I needed any clarification on anything, they didn’t hesitate to offer to hop on a call with me to make sure I knew what was going on.
