Our organization, a tech start up shares space with MG Technologies. We actually are renters. The Leadership Team at Mindgrub we consider family. What a wonderful ensemble of folks. The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet. MindGrub has a pleasant Front Desk Coordinator who maintains shared schedules, provides true " air traffic control" of people, presents, and packages. as well as kitchens that provide abundant drinks and snacks:)It feels very much like home. I am very happy to have found OpenSource Technologies. I had an issue with an existing website which was based on an old oscommerce platform and was running on a deprecated version of PHP. Because I have multiple sites I was unable to change platforms with my existing host or my site would go down. Therefore I needed to install a new Ecommerce platform and needed some development time without my site going down during that time. Both Vikas and Minash were great about installing my new platform OpenCart 3 and providing a temporary development server to build my site which was going to take a few weeks. They were knowledgeable as I navigated the the new platform and very responsive to questions and suggestions. I am happy with my new site which is now live and thank them for making the project a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and thank them for working on my project.

EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing.The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process.Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected.I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved.For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.

We saw Blues Junior in the Boom Room and were blown away with their talent. The vocals and saxophonist especially were impressive. The wide variety of songs they are able to perform make them stand apart from your typical event bands. They did everything from the Grateful Dead to a country song- appealing to all genres. So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!
