Katie has to be the worst employee in marketing. She’s been nothing but rude to me & has a lot of attitude. I never write google reviews, I usually don’t care, but the level of unprofessionalism that she has provided has sparked a fire in me to write this review. She’s overcharged for pretty much everything and has provided us with no functional deliverance. Can’t even make a secure payment processing system on the website and we paid over 4K for it. On top of that, I asked her to simply fix the email that she charged us for because I can’t access it and then she gave me nothing but attitude saying she doesn’t manage the domain anymore. Clearly you are no longer suitable for managing it because you’ve given us nothing we’ve asked for. If you want a functional website and good customer service this is the last marketing agency you should turn to. They seem to be in the drama entertainment business and not in the marketing one.

We recently won a FREE 2 min video product from VUP. They treated us like a paying customer and gave us their full attention and complete service. They are experts at "pulling" the information that needs to be conveyed from whomever is "presenting". No need to memorize scripts or talking points - in fact they discourage it. They just want the spokesperson to be comfortable about talking about their company. The entire process took about 3 hours (interview and B-Roll videography) and was painless. We will be able to use the video across multiple marketing platforms and directed to a number of our diverse markets.
