We worked with Valmax on the full redesign and rebuild of the 11 Mirrors website. For us, this was not simply a visual update. The website needed to reflect the brands approach to hospitality while working as a practical commercial tool across the hotel, Restaurant & Bar, and FACE the Rooftop. The scope included a full WordPress rebuild, Ukrainian and English versions, booking flows, integrations, mobile optimisation, and a CMS that our marketing team could manage independently. The request was to migrate an existing website platformed on GoDaddy to Wix and add reCaptcha if possible.This is a personal side project so the budget was out of pocket.The initial bid was the lower of the two received and Simone still came in under budget.She accomplished the work well within the required time frame.She showed me how similar features in GoDaddy were replicated in the Wix builder.The website has intentional embedded errors. Simone understood from the first meeting that this was not a typical request and was able to replicate all under Wix. I appreciated her offer of additional improvement suggestions, such as Search Engine Optimization for the site. In this case, being a sandbox that has no goods to sell, it was not a requirement. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start.They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
