While their team members have been helpful and professional, changes in personnel and tone suggest deeper internal instability. Upselling during periods of client dissatisfaction felt poorly timed and out of touch.We recently discovered that one of the founders, whom we still respect, has taken legal action against the other two remaining founders. Further research revealed what appear to be highly concerning details about one remaining partner, publicly available but not proactively disclosed.This experience has been disappointing.Before signing with this agency, we suggest businesses conduct their due diligence and ask questions about leadership stability and backgrounds, legal standing, and internal turnover.

It was based on groupthink, not real proof. You can see the same groupthink in their LinkedIn advertising—it all sounds confident, but nothing loops back to show how it works.Google has a term for high-stakes topics: Your Money or Your Life (YMYL). But in SEO, it’s also Your Money or Your Loop (YMOYL). If the loop doesn’t close, your money’s gone—and the trust never lands.I do not recommend. Truth matters.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

We hired them years ago to design our website and they did a lovely job. Last fall however we discovered they double charged us for a web update for @$5,000.00. They acknowledge the unauthorized charge but refuse to reimburse us despite their repeated promises it is going to be wired the next day. They even got a lawyer involved last week who gave us the same empty promise. What’s up this that?! Unethical business. behavior. Shame on Travis!

Where to begin!!! If we could give more stars we would. Old State by far is the most creative, intelligent and professional design and marketing company I have ever collaborated with. He has been so calm, sweet and helpful even when we have called over 20 times and emailed over 20 times within a couple hours. This team is the best!!!!Our website, business cards, marketing material, social media and everything is better than we could have ever dreamed of. Their attention to detail (once again Will the creative guru) is extraordinary. As far as the social media... it took a bit of time to capture "our voice" but they didn't stop trying and once they did it has been exciting and remarkable.Old State is definitely a company that takes the time for their clients.
