Drizly is an alcohol delivery app that promises to take the hassle out of going out to the grocery store and lugging heavy packages home with you. Through the app, customers can have beer, wine, spirits, and extras -- like mixers, garnishes, and ice -- delivered to their door.

Drizly was founded in 2012 when two friends got curious about alcohol delivery — and thank goodness they did. The Drizly app is clean, focused and intuitive. It lets users search through selections with ease, get boozy inspiration and track their packages all from the same helpful and engaging interface.

Upon launching the app, users are taken to a home screen that displays a rotating banner of promotions and features. There’s also a search bar located prominently at the top of the screen for users who come to the app knowing exactly what they’re looking for.

For users who prefer to browse, a gridded category menu is also displayed, featuring a card representing each of the four main product categories. Further down on the home screen are more editorial recommendations, like top picks, and content features (top beers for summer, for example) that link to pre-filtered search results.

Navigation is handled via a streamlined tabbed menu that runs along the bottom of the screen. Each area of the app is represented by a different minimalist, illustrated icon. The selected tab is shown in red, while the other options remain greyed out.

Each product page is complete with a detailed product description and average rating, which makes it easy for users to feel confident about their purchase.
