Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

After talking to different vendors to assist us with this project, we decided to work with Whitecap.It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards.Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables.Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance.Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required.I would highly recommend Whitecap!

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis.
