Before working with IMPACT, we were stuck trying to make marketing work on our own. I had read They Ask, You Answer (the previous version of Endless Customers) and believed in the principles, but doing it DIY wasn’t producing results. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

I they do not care about their customers!I have been with them for over 40 years! I was just notified I was no longer wanted as a client.I called and text 3 people I knew there, asking why they were canceling my simple tax account.NO ANSWERES. Then a month later I got an email saying they were down sizing!Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 40 years that does a simple tax return? I always relied on this company and the people in it. I feel so disrespected. I would never trust them again.

Computer technology has vastly improved many of our lives, even in the non-profit world. The issues are cost, reliability and maintenance. It is too much for a small business owner to become an expert in these areas. I'm not even sure it is possible. Having a partner - a paid vendor, yes, but a still a partner that respects your budget, responds quickly to problems as they arrive, and proactively seeks to protect your network from crashes and malware is invaluable. We feel like we have that partner with Whittlesey Technologies. Every year we meet to discuss vendor agreements and performance. Whittlesey Technologies has never been considered for replacement. They are our partner.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
