I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume.Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. We were hesitant to sign up with Complete Small Business Solutions because it would be first true business commitment. However, we are so glad we did! Everyone is genuinely happy & nice to see/hear from us and always happy to help. We mostly talk with Joe, and chat with him at least once a week. He has helped our small business grow in so many different ways. He always has our best interest in mind. He has offered referrals to help get us connected with things we were searching for. Scammers! The person calling posed as Customer Service representative for my ISP. I had recently placed an order with my ISP and the caller knew about it. The person demanded that I pay the entire amount now otherwise the order wouldn't process. I argued saying that the rep yesterday said I don't have to pay until the service gets started. To which he replied that that's not how it works and I have to pay now otherwise they will sue me. I said call me back in half an hour and I will have my payment information ready. I didn't answer when I got the call back.
