Trulioo (ein kanadisches Unternehmen) hat mehrfach bei Boniversum meine deutschen Adress- / Identitätsdaten daten abgefragt. Eine Berechtigung dazu wurde niemals erteilt. Insgesamt 2 Abfragen in 2 Monaten. Es besteht keine verbindung zu Kanada. Dies stellt eine Datenschutzverletzung dar. Rechtliche Schritte folgen !

The software looked good, the sales team was savvy - we onboarded only to experience very high customer friction and many problems with each process. Unfortunately came to learn too late that Trulioo uses outsourced software from India and they could not fix the problems for our international clients. We agreed to use for KYB but still problems, and tried to find other projects that were not client facing to use down our deposit. At the end, the sales person left, a new team stepped in and said sorry, we will not refund any money that is left. Show me what he told you in writing. Honestly, it is disheartening as they know it didn't work, they have plenty of documentation of meetings of the problems, we tried to modify on our side but the India team couldn't fix it. I feel strongly they shouldn't keep our funds. It isn't a lot that is left, but it really showed the principle of this firm and the new people. Truly disheartening. Many choices for this type of software, and we found many other solutions that work easily for our customers. Sorry we chose to try Trulioo.

I’m writing this review out of pure frustration after experiencing one of the worst support experiences I’ve had with a tech company.I’ve been trying to verify my Kaufland seller account through IDnow using my Danish passport, and the system freezes every single time it tries to capture the photo. I’ve attempted this multiple times, across different devices and with stable internet connections – and the result is always the same: the process fails due to technical issues on IDnow’s end.Even worse, more than 5–6 of their own colleagues have acknowledged the issue and claimed to escalate it, but I’ve received no follow-up, no update, no fix. Total silence.Kaufland, who relies on IDnow for this verification process, has told me they can’t help me either, since IDnow is a third-party provider. So I’m stuck – unable to proceed with my seller account, while IDnow ignores the problem completely.I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This kind of customer service – or lack thereof – is inexcusable for a company handling sensitive verification processes.If you rely on IDnow for anything important, think twice. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and apparently not interested in fixing known technical bugs.I’m still waiting for a proper solution – but based on this experience, I’m not optimistic.

I tried to validate my ID because it was asked by my bank in Germany. Despite I was selecting English language, agents was connecting and telling me that they don't know good English and I should restart the process. This happened 3 times. 4th agent was very polite but finally concluded that he can't validate Greek people with new European ID and I should contact my bank. The alternative solution is to travel from Greece to Germany to make a face the face validation with bank personal. And all these in 2025...Bybthe way, at the same time, revolut without even talking to a person, validated my ID and discovered the shares I have in all my companies...
