Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Even after 3 edits, our website still has so many errors. When it first went live, it was non-operational for at least 24 hours. Jon promised several things during the initial proposal that were never completed and became defensive when i sent a lengthy revision document. *edit* if I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have recently found out through extensive research that there are a lot more things wrong with our website than what we initially thought.

We did multiple projects with Strikepoint in 2020 and enjoyed the entire process. I would dial them up again in a heartbeat (and have). As a client, it was refreshing to have a team of pros working way ahead of me, on top of all the notes and changes, and chasing me down instead of the other way around -- which can be the case with a lot of agencies. Best of all, SPM gets direct response. They listen but aren't simply order-takers, they defend, especially Brent, creative decisions which can move projects in a surprisingly better directions that the "in-house team" didn't see.

We worked with them for almost a year. They're mainly focused on branding but we used them for PPC management. Yichen was our account manager and was the main contact for us, he did a good job of getting us started on AdWords and helped us migrate to a new ecommerce platform. We decided to start focusing on SEO and even more PPC, Movetic is focused on branding so it was time for us to part ways but if you ever need a really good digital branding agency I would recommend Movetic; the websites they build look great and their branding portfolio is impressive. The people (Yichen, Ricky, and there was another person that I don't recall the name of) were professional and very polite, and they never tried to claim they could do more than they could; they gave us realistic expectations and hit the goals we set out for them.

Extremely disappointing experience. I hired Starke Marketing to run my marketing campaigns. Over two months later, I’ve received no deliverables, no active campaigns, and no response to multiple emails or phone calls. Missed key sales periods like Memorial Day without any explanation or action. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship and request a full refund. No Refund was processed. If you value your time and business momentum, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company overpromises and severely underdelivers.
