Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. It takes countless emails just to get my point across. Not very helpfull when trying to change direct deposit ! Was told to send it in an email and the lady hung up the phone without giving me an email address. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. They were very quick to act and get us signed up and start payroll. Once they had us, things fell apart very quickly. They have no communication, no follow-through and are very inaccurate with their payroll. One of the first payroll files we sent to them, they calculated minutes worked as hours worked. We have been waiting over a month to get our Quickbooks import file from them. The bottom line is, save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

I don't actually have any affiliation or connection to this company at all. I wanted to write this review because they helped me in a situation with a recent restaurant closure that they did business with. I had a gift card with the restaurant that had a substantial balance on it. They fought for me and worked with the owner of the closed restaurant to get that gift card transferred to a usable gift card and they didn't have to do that at all. I wanted to thank this company for fighting for me and doing the right thing. This is an honest company and if I were a business owner in need of their services, I would definitely hire them! The facility recruited me, I applied with ifg. The facility became very frustrated because my schedule was never confirmed. And the nurse manager had to look me herself. I constantly contacted the recruiter for IFG. She never gave me a schedule. I informed HR and requested a new representative. Both HR and the recruiter ghosted me. Neither one responded with any type of resolutionOutside of the facility that recruited me the ifg representative never called me for any shifts. Medical facilities are in dire needs for staff. Facilities if you need nurses please try another company. Nurses if you need flexible income try another company. Either way it goes it's the patient that really needs the service.Poor communication. No communication. Not a good source for nurses or facilities.
