While I spent a considerable amount of time in the field gathering requirements, I felt overwhelmed by the implications of designing for such a complicated scenario. Hypersense came to the rescue and delivered a beautiful UI with a clear path for the users (farmers) to explore and develop advanced automation across crops and seasons. It took a lot less time than I expected; the team was engaged and asked all the right questions from the get go. That made it easy to let go and trust the pros at the agency with design decisions. As an engineer, I am one to have my hands on every part of my work, but in this case, I found, to my relief, I could just say: do what you think is best. As a result I learned a lot about my own application. The team did not just design wireframes - they designed elegant interactions and workflows that made sense. The UI prototype was styled as well, and the team provided terrific advice on how to upgrade the existing styles for my applications to give them better web appeal and usability. The resulting design is expressive, engaging and inspired. Hypersense provides service that was more than professional - it was personal. I came away from the work with a better sense of what I am building, how to build it, and how the application will be used.
