Web Development Review from Adam Ely, PMP
As Director of Operations at Sands Investment Group, I partnered with Bilberrry to lead the redesign and rebuild of our website, enhance our marketing operations, and streamline internal workflows. We chose Bilberrry for their strong technical capabilities, cultural alignment, and outstanding reputation. The project followed a well-structured four-phase process: discovery, design, development, and launch. From the beginning, Bilberrry took a strategic and collaborative approach, conducting workshops and technical audits to define a scalable architecture and intuitive user experience. Their team went on to create custom designs for more than 20 pages, build a flexible design system, and ensure the site met key standards for SEO and accessibility. On the development side, they customized a robust content management system tailored to our needs, incorporating dynamic listing features such as saved searches, email alerts, and early-access content for select users. The new site also connected seamlessly with our internal tools, enabling greater efficiency and automation across teams. The impact was immediate and significant: we saw a dramatic reduction in manual processes. Our team is now better equipped to manage content independently, while the platform itself is built for long-term scalability and performance.Throughout the process, Bilberrry was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They communicated clearly, incorporated feedback quickly, and consistently brought thoughtful, strategic ideas to the table. Bilberrry's unique blend of strategic insight, technical depth, and design acumen made them an invaluable partner in creating a high-performing, visually polished digital platform tailored to our business.
