Verity has handled storing my files for quite some time and helping me time to time when issues arise. I am a solo attorney so I do not have an IT department. Kyle Pizer helped me greatly today by transitioning all of my files and programs from an old to a new laptop so I can continue working without interruption. Much appreciated!

For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.

Verity IT was simply amazing to deal with. When COVID hit we rushed to get our teams to work from home and they were there every step of the way. Now transitioning back into the office they made sure that moving back in was simple and everything was taken care of. Great company to work with and have on your side.

I had a positive experience with Future Innovation LTD. The customer support team was responsive and helped me troubleshoot issues promptly. The product quality exceeded my expectations, especially the intuitive user interface. However, there's room for improvement in terms of documentation; clearer instructions would be beneficial. Overall, a great tech company with excellent potential for enhancement.

We are incredibly grateful to Webcom System for their outstanding work creating a website for our optical firm. The company owner and the team walked us through the procedure, were patient with our questions, and took the initiative to keep us on our timeline. They presented us with a website showing a smooth new design and simplified management; in Chinese, there is an expression, 三百六十行，行行出状元, which means in every profession, there are only a handful of specialists. The team were just the professionals we needed for our website. They went above and beyond. We recommend the Webcom system to companies looking for excellent, efficient, affordable web design.

Small online shop owner here. My biggest headache was answering the same questions all day: where's my order, do you ship to X, is this in stock. Komitis Lab set up a chatbot on our store and WhatsApp that handles all of that on its own and pulls real info from our orders, not canned replies. Took about two weeks, no drama. Customers get answers at 11pm and I get to sleep. If you run an ecommerce and you're drowning in DMs, talk to these guys.

We hired Komitis Lab to rebuild our website for our HVAC business in Orlando. The old site was slow and looked dated. David delivered a fast, modern site in three weeks, set up the contact forms and Google Analytics, and walked us through how to update it ourselves. We started getting form submissions the first week.

Before: 40-50 messages per day, answered manually, many outside of business hours. Now: 80% are resolved by the system Komitis Lab built, and I only receive the worthwhile ones. Response time has gone from hours to seconds. They built it in two weeks, without changing the tools I was already using, and the monthly cost is less than what I used to spend on time.

Waste of Time – Unprofessional BehaviorI went for a face-to-face technical interview at their Mohali office on 23rd April. After the interview, their HR told me they’d be sending a task that I had to submit the same evening. They sent me a PDF to replicate a website design. It was tough because working from a PDF is way harder than using Figma, but I still completed and submitted it on time. The next day, I didn’t hear anything from them—not even an acknowledgment. When I followed up on WhatsApp, they said the database was missing. I resent everything (WordPress setup and DB), tried calling, and messaged again—no response. They just kept repeating the same excuse, saying their developer couldn’t set it up, which I know isn’t true because the same setup works fine on my other system. They promised to schedule a call with their developer but never did. I kept following up, but they stopped responding. No email, no call, nothing. And the funny thing was they didn't took any initiative from themselves. I had to chase them for everything.Honestly, it feels like they just collect tasks from candidates for free and have no real intention of hiring. If that’s not the case, then at least be professional and give some clarity. Ignoring messages and calls after asking someone to do work is just wrong. To anyone applying here—think twice. It’s very likely you’ll end up wasting your time and effort like I did.
