We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon. Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support. Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well. I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. It isn't right, and they know it, but they apparently have no shame about it either.

I sent my HP PAVILION TO HP SABIR SENT ME THE BOX TO SEND IT BACK TO HIM AND HE SAID O WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND IT WOULD BE FOR FREE ! Yesterday I called a HP TECH SUPPORT ROBERT (NUMBER ) answered saying I owe 1000.00 for the repair cost but the day previously I was told by a lady that yall couldn’t fix it due to that watery spray I bought from the Dollar tree( to clean the screen ) NOW SHE CLOSED THE CASE BECAUSE I THOGHT I WAS TALKING TO REAL HP PEOPLE (PHILIP) who started changing everyday wanting me to pay 100.00 to get my REIMBURSEMENT MONIES THROUGH LEMFI APP! ! Now that girl closed my case because she called and said she found my computer & asked if I wanted the money or the laptop ! I said the money of $1000.00 Philip said- but I went to chase banker and told her what was happening and she said he’s a scammer by changing up the story one day to the next wanting 100.00 for me to activated my card! It was already actives by Chase!! So when she said that I block both Elizabeth a white girl pic/Philip (a Nigerian) which Philip said he was,( that was strange too) so I blocked him now I just want my laptop back !please give me my laptop back broken and all! I had just bought it and Costco said I have a warranty on it so let HP fix it ! Now yall have taken my laptop !!! My Mommasitas passed away and left me some money so ibought my 1 st laptop with that ! And yall also say I have other laptops which isn’t true— it’s a recycled phone number from Florida who the previous person with my number had and I answer all his bill collectors! Metropcs messed me up by giving me that number- so just please give me my Pavilion back although that lady closed the case! Hard to list all the things I love about working with BNC Systems, but I'll highlight a few here. They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years... 1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help. 2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why. 3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too. Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason? TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT. The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that. tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
