I've had the privilege of working with Varay as their vendor and as their client. In fact, it's because of our experience with them as our client over the last few years that I knew it was only a matter of time before we would hire them to help us with our IT. Last year, with a growing team and a maturing business, I came to a point where I needed to provide laptops and IT support for our team. I could, and have tried, tinkering my way to what laptops to get and how to troubleshoot errors when they popped up, but that would only distract me from more important work that only I could do. For the last year, Varay has taken care of it all. I don't have to worry about someone having issues with a laptop and not being able to get something fixed quickly. But the real beauty of it is that they are taking care of things in the background, so hardly anything ever happens. Hard to list all the things I love about working with BNC Systems, but I'll highlight a few here. They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years... 1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help. 2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why. 3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too. Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason? TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT. The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that. tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.

We had a pretty bad experience with our last IT company they left a bunch of holes in our system and we ended up getting hit with a ransomware attack. It was a nightmare. We reached out in a bit of a panic, and they jumped in right away. They were able to contain the damage, recover our data, and get us back up and running way faster than I expected.

We’ve been working with Katalism Cybersecurity for a few months now and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer for our firm. As an accounting office, keeping client data safe is critical, especially with all the new FTC Safeguards requirements. Katalism helped us get fully compliant without making it overly complicated or disruptive to our daily operations. Their IT support is also top notch quick to respond, super patient, and they actually explain things in a way that makes sense (which is rare in the IT world, let’s be real). They were open, communicative, professional, and patient. Above all, they broke down complex topics and made them digestible. As with all projects, unexpected problems will occur. When they did, DSWi ensured that it was accountable for its mistakes. They worked with us efficiently, fairly, and professionally to solve any issues and continue with our deployment. They have earned our trust, and Gilmore Global Instruments fully endorses DSWi. Not that I ever want to go through upgrading my ERP system again, but, if I did, I would use DSWi.
