I’m not usually one for making posts like this about other companies I do business with but given what I’ve experienced over the last 5 years, I feel very compelled to raising awareness into my experiences with Dotsquares.Initially, this company was very good at handling our website requirements. It was thanks to this that when I became the owner of Lorryspotting.com that I figured it would make sense to have them upgrade that website. It was a big project but with all the accolades and expertise that Dotsquares boasts about, it seemed to be within their scope of capability.Instead, it turned into the most miserable of projects that was riddled with the purest incompetence that I’ve had the misfortune to witness in almost 20 years of business. As per their terms of business, I advanced paid for part of the project yet they were incapable of delivering a functioning website. Added to this, the ageing status of the old site meant we suffered a server failure 16 months ago and when restoring the old site, it was proven that Dotsquares negligently compromised the colossal amount of data held on that site to potential hackers. By this point, enough was enough. Despite so-called “project managers” apparently understanding my business, they became mouthpieces with a catalogue of excuses and rhetoric that failed to take responsibility enveloped by expectations we would continue to pay to fix what they had caused.Ordinarily, escalating this to a company’s CEO should yield an immediate improvement to rectifying a situation. The CEO of this company ignored my email and relegated its handling to the very people causing the problem and failing to deliver any outcomes. It was therefore with no other alternative that I had to commence legal proceedings against this company. Despite repeated attempts to defend what was in essence an indefensible position, we reached a settlement on the matter, the terms of which I’m bound by a confidentiality order but has avoided it being played out before a Judge.Based on my reflections, this company may theoretically claim to value their customers but in reality their actions speak far louder. They do not deserve to be in business and I can’t even begin to fathom how they deal with some of the brands that their client list cites. I would absolutely urge anyone who does, or considers to work with them in any capacity to run for the hills - you will regret it otherwise! I only wish I had of checked out some of the reviews that are out there - reflecting on them now resonates virtually a carbon copy as to my experiences!

I have been waiting for my website to be completed for two years now, and the experience has been increasingly frustrating. The lack of timely communication and follow-ups from their side has been disappointing. Despite my repeated efforts to get updates and move things forward, progress has been unreasonably slow. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and delivery timelines moving forward.

We have been working with Team RVS for a number of months now and have seen some consistent results. The first project we gave them was to create a brand new M2 site and this was done in record time. The site is a high conversion site and we are seeing some great results. The skill pool these guys have is the reason why they are so effective. They then took over a build of a M2 site and again have delivered great results. I would recommend there services without any hesitation. RVS are now a key part of our team and we have full confidence in them to keep our sites fresh and converting at high levels. Again thanks to the team!

Cyber security isn't always something I'd want to know much about, other than that my business is secure online. Linten didn't just give me that peace of mind but their Marketing Manager Steph went out of her way to create and deliver a really interesting, engaging and informative training session on this subject. This is definitely one of the added bonuses of working with Linten and I'd recommend them to any business for their IT, telephony and cyber security needs.

They’re super attentive, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about getting things just right—nothing is ever too much trouble.Everything they do is carried out with such flair and creativity, and the quality is consistently top-notch. Whether it’s a quick turnaround job or something more complex, they approach it with the same energy and professionalism every time.ABC Service is a real asset to our community, and I feel lucky to have such a reliable local business to support mine.

Absolutely Outstanding Support from the Solid Systems TeamWe've been working with Solid Systems for just over 6 months now, and the transformation in our IT environment has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the team demonstrated a deep understanding of cybersecurity, desktop support, and Microsoft Azure. They didn’t just "plug in" services—they took the time to understand our business, identify risks, and tailor solutions that have made a real impact. Most impressively, they helped us reduce our monthly Azure billing by over 80% through proper subscription configuration and resource optimisation. It was a game-changer for our budget and has allowed us to reallocate resources where they’re needed most.Their cybersecurity offering is proactive, not reactive. We're now confident in the protection of our systems, with regular updates, staff training, and real-time monitoring in place. On the support side, the desktop support team is efficient, friendly, and always available—no issue is too small, and they resolve things quickly. But what really stands out is their human-first approach. Every interaction is professional yet personal, and we truly feel like they are an extension of our own team. They care, they communicate clearly, and they always follow through. If you're looking for a tech partner that’s responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success, I couldn’t recommend Solid Systems more highly.Kevin Payne Technogym Southern Africa
