Technical Support always find a way to sort out issues I have, especially since I've been working remotely for well over a year, only visiting the office once a week. Good team of support technicians and quick to respond. Today Dan helped sort out a problem with the back-up quickly and effectively. Steve helped out today (23.02.2022) and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you. (10.03.2022) I emailed Tech Support at the end of one working day and asked for help when I would be in the next day. Doug called early and sorted out the installation I needed on two devices. Great start to the day! (27.09.2022) Quick call to Technical Drive this afternoon, and Steve in Tech Support was quick to understand the issue I had. Within 5minutes, my issue was sorted and I picked up a tip for using the Inprivate window of the browser, too! Got on with the rest of my afternoon's work straight way. Thank you!
