At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. We hired them years ago to design our website and they did a lovely job. Last fall however we discovered they double charged us for a web update for @$5,000.00. They acknowledge the unauthorized charge but refuse to reimburse us despite their repeated promises it is going to be wired the next day. They even got a lawyer involved last week who gave us the same empty promise. What’s up this that?! Unethical business. behavior. Shame on Travis!

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.
