My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company. I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste. Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical. I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Their creatives and strategy did not deliver value. I requested a full refund of the $2,000 management fee for Jan 1-Feb 5, but they denied it. I was introduced to CI Web Group at a Daikin AC presentation. The owner was former military so I hoped for honor & integrity. The performance delivered was ultimately dishonorable & unethical. I was promised an AI website that was not a template website. They used a template website builder to build my site. All of the content was copied & pasted from other sites they have build and everything was AI generated so nothing was original, which all of the AI search engines will completely ignore due to their algorithms. The contract was not completed in the time the promised. They charged for monthly SEO but did absolutely nothing and wasn't hosting my site so there was no way for them to be actually be "working" on anything SEO related. They hounded me for the monthly SEO fees they were charging but the communication was non existent and their performance was severely lacking. I had an independent IT consultant review everything, present all of the findings and at the end of the day CI Web Group was proud they took advantage of a soldier and didn't want to be honorable and refund my money for a project that didn't meet promised timelines but most importantly the quality they promised. What they charged in comparison to what they delivered is what is called highway robbery. Please think twice about doing work with this company. Also Google their company and you will find employee based reviews that also sow a solid 2.2 star rating from their unhappy employees.
