We think it is world-class. It is getting IBS noticed in our industry, and it is helping us win bigger and better deals. Large buyers look at your website before they call you. Ours now looks like the company we are. The third is AI agent development for our ERP. FactoryJet built an AI agent that works with our ERP system, and they took the time to learn how our team works before they built it. What we value most is that one team does all of it. We did not have to brief an SEO agency, a web agency and a software vendor separately, and each piece of work helps the other two. The sales rep (Mr Goutam) stopped taking our calls and never reverted back as to why such a decision was taken by Turain. Extreme lack of professionalism. Not trustworthy at all. Basic courtesy is to inform the reason for discontinuation of services.
