Unfortunately, I was duped by an "AI-generated offer" that wasn't meaningful, but rather by the agreements made during the initial meeting with the owners.I spent over 10,000 Swiss francs on a form code that a layperson could create themselves in a day using ChatGPT, and I got a completely user-unfriendly website with no text and countless errors.The two owners constantly tried to sell me new, expensive, and time-bound packages for the completion and continued maintenance of the website.I have now terminated the collaboration.No reasonable solution was offered, and a partial refund of the amount already paid is out of the question.Extremely disappointed.
