I’ve been with this company for almost 8 years and their tech-support is ridiculous. You cannot get in touch with anybody. They have issues with their website when it comes to allowing I’ve been with this company for almost 8 years and they’re tech-support is ridiculous. You cannot get in touch with anybody. They have issues with their website when it comes to allowing your customers to select shipping options. It intermittently disappears and in order to fix it, you have to reset some stuff on the website, but often when you do that it won’t reset, this means you cannot sell anything on the website. You cannot call tech-support and if you send a work ticket, it takes one to two days for them to get back in touch with you. I would definitely shop elsewhere and let this company finish going bankrupt.

I typically like to wait until I have been with a company for a while, or I have left a company before leaving a review, but I would like to express my gratitude for all of the opportunity I have had so far to learn, train others, spearhead projects as well as experience what seems so far to be the most  positive culture within a company that I have experienced. Speaking of positive, a lot of positive changes are happening at Volusion, and I look forward to seeing everything they are doing come to fruition. Their platform already outperforms competitors' when it comes to performance, and they are the only e-commerce platform/company that has an in-house digital agency. On top of that, this agency not only helps customers on their own platform, they help customers on their competitor's platforms as well. Many of Volusion's customers have been on their digital marketing programs for many years.

I'm so disappointed. I found out that this company, by their own admission, uses stock images to create logos for their clients. This is a stark contrast to the marketing language of their site. I was hoping for more authentic and personalized details in logo, website, or marketing content. I would prefer to contact and use original artists and hope you do as well. Be sure to ask in more detail about how your logo content was created before paying and using the work this company provides you. If you're looking for authentic and personalized content for your business, there are plenty of amazing artists out there.

I am an educator with little interest in tinkering with my very simple personal/professional website other than adding and editing content. I discovered Ross and AIM back in 2016 when I needed help migrating and updating my antiquated Yahoo-based website I had created back in 2003. He accomplished this in a very streamlined way, and set me up with a WordPress site that I could easily interact with, and which basically ran itself. In the few instances that I have had to ask Ross for some help navigating WordPress, updating security settings, etc, he has been very helpful and generous with his time and advice. As someone who does not want to get bogged down in the details of web hosting, and who just needs someone to make it work for them, I highly recommend Ross and AIM.

I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.
