We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Phaedra Solutions is one of the most reliable and forward-thinking tech partners I’ve worked with in the UAE. Their team blends strong UI/UX design, AI-driven development, and business strategy to deliver complete digital solutions, not just code. What stands out most is their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to results.

Expertise and precision in one hand. I entrusted them with a rather complex project. It was handed over before the deadline without any complications, and what is most important to me is that even after the project, they answered my questions willingly. There is no question that I will entrust my next projects to them.Regards,Dezső SzaboCEO

I worked at this company for a shot period of time and the review posted by former client is 100% accurate. Most of the people I met are super cool and many are super-talented. But the soft and managerial skills at the management level is not conducive of success, unfortunately. In the end, I realized how lucky I had been in my career so I was grateful for the eye-opener.

My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader. We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.

It feels like everyone is treated with respect, no matter their role or experience. The management is understanding and flexible whenever genuine situations come up. They listen to employees, encourage new ideas, and create an environment where you can learn and grow. What stands out to me is that everyone gets an equal opportunity to prove themselves. Rudra Innovative Software is full of smart and bright developers and engineers. You always learn something new from them, and by working with the latest technologies and processes. Benefits like flexible hours and workplace, 20% time in which you can explore whatever idea/passion you want (as long as it is tech related), team/department events,... only make it better. Moreover, everyone is very helpful and available, being for a small work issue or for hanging out. it feels like working with friends, not colleagues. Nice Job Done.
