Neoteric helped us quickly validate the feasibility of the designed solution by building the frontend of the app and implementing a temporary "backend adapter" in place of a fully functional backend knowing it would need to be refactored if we moved forward. This approach allowed us to move fast without compromising the larger projects timeline. As we progressed beyond the PoC phase, Neoteric helped us continue product development, refining the current version and building additional modules such as Advanced Reporting and the Admin Panel. The developed solution gathered positive feedback from the stakeholders, and we can continue the project. Throughout the project, we worked iteratively. Each iteration began with a planning session, when we set the goals and priorities for the upcoming sprint. We were also using a project management tool to track progress and monitor the status of the work. During the project, Neoterics AI team also identified an opportunity to address another challenge we were facing. They developed a PoC for an AI assistant aimed at diagnosing and solving maintenance issues in our manufacturing facilities, demonstrating their proactive approach and ability to address broader business needs
