I used this company for one of my books that I recently published. They falsely represented that they could get me into best seller status, which would help boost my sales. In reality what they did is something I can do on Amazon myself which is freely promote my e-book edition of my book. So while this temporarily boosts algorithm on Amazon for that category only it does nothing to help the rest of my book editions sell. I’m disgusted with how this company represents what they actually do and the fact that I paid a bunch of money and have zero results to show for it. I do not recommend you use this company as you will waste your money and your time and end up in the same spot you would be in if you did it yourself.

Extremely rude customer service. I have asked for a quote online as I needed to translate 1 payslip. The quote was 75$ each page, but the total was coming at 250$. I asked on the chat why (maybe there was a technical issue give the page was one and the total cost didn't make sense) and "Mark" on the chat replied literally: "You can find cheaper quotes somewhere else. Good luck". And closed the chat.

Many of the translation providers available on the internet are faceless companies that provide translations in a vast array of languages i.e. they either have a large in-house staff or sub-contract their work to independents. It isn’t clear who will be doing the actual translation work. Catherine’s business model is different. It was reassuring to visit her website and see a picture of who I would be dealing with and nice to know that she would be taking personal responsibility for doing the work. Catherine did an excellent job, at a very reasonable cost, and she delivered the job on time. There was a section of the document that included complex formatting but Catherine’s translated document looked identical to the original. I would certainly work with Catherine again and am happy to recommend her to anyone who needs a German translation of English documents (the service Catherine provided to me).

Agnieszka and Kai translated both of our Duck Detective games and did a phenomenal job! They were great to work with, quick to respond and the players love the translation. These games were particularly difficult to translate, since they include puns and word puzzles. We were hesitant to attempt a localization at all, but we felt in good hands, since Agnieszka and Kai redesigned some of the puzzles and explained to us in detail how they would make sense for a Chinese audience.
