Your salary starts only from the day you hit the production floor.Even back then, the **basic salary was ₹8,500**, and to my surprise, I’m still seeing reviews from just 3 years ago mentioning the same pay — no growth at all. That says a lot.The **work environment was extremely toxic**. If you didn’t meet the required number of sales in a day, you would be **scolded publicly in front of 200–300 employees** by your **SME or team lead**. It wasn’t professional — it was humiliating.Even now, after having **6+ years of experience** working with reputed firms like **Accenture** and **Maersk**, I **still can’t forget the mental trauma** this company gave me in that short time.**Paid leaves?** Non-existent. If you take even **one day off without informing**, they **deduct two days' pay** — yes, two days for a single day of absence. The **only holidays** are based on the **US calendar** if you're in a customer support role (night shifts), and there are **no shift allowances, no cab, no transport support** either.### 🚫 My advice:If you're considering joining — **please skip this company**. No job is worth your mental health, especially not for such low pay and harsh conditions.

Colormatics had the strongest portfolio and, surprisingly, offered exceptional pricing.Colormatics laid out a full shoot schedule which was pre-approved. They arrived on scene early one morning and traveled across central Washington to four separate locations to make an exceptionally tight yet comprehensive video about our firm. We began around 8 am and wrapped about 430 pm.Colormatics maintained excellent lines of communication including via email, text, cell and the video editing platform that they utilized. I always felt "in the loop" with them.

They transformed our vision into a compelling visual narrative.The final piece blended live-action footage with motion graphics. We conducted interviews and also wanted to highlight the social media activity of these community members. Their profiles were used as a storytelling device, appearing almost like flashbacks, but animated in a way that made the content feel like it was unfolding in real time.We’re now experimenting with turning interview voiceovers into animated illustrations. We believe these could resonate even more on social platforms. The plan was to compare performance between the two video styles, and we’re looking forward to testing them soon.
