ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Novah by Akankshaa sells crystal jewellery and gift sets, and most people pick a piece because of what it means to them. Our old way of selling, which was mostly Instagram, did not show that at all. Mindrops built the complete ecommerce website for us, right from grouping the products to putting it live. Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

Page speed and mobile responsiveness came out noticeably better than the previous site, which matters given how many buyers now check suppliers on their phones first. One catalogue upload issue mid-project needed rework and added a short delay, though it did not affect the final launch date. The scientific instruments distributor now has a platform that actually reflects the business behind it. Mindrops has stayed on afterward for maintenance and content updates as the product catalogue keeps growing.

We contacted the Third-Dimension to perform WEB design for a new service, which includes a WEB application and a browser extension. The work was divided into several stages, which is very convenient and allows you to follow the order of work. At the first stage, the Third-Dimension collected information about the project and wishes regarding the design. At the second stage, the Third-Dimension assessed existing applications and provided references (sketches) of the design. After choosing a direction, the designer provided draft page designs and app designs for approval. Once agreed upon, the final design was implemented and several rounds of revisions were made. I would like to note the Third-Dimension ability not just to "do the job and forget", but to immerse itself in the area and problems that the project solves. In the process of work, in addition to the design, some functions that were proposed by the Third-Dimension team were also adjusted or added. All deadlines and wishes were respected.
