We signed up in 2023 and transferred our website to them for hosting, and paid them for SEO and other services. Johnathan their sales rep promised the world, they lied that they were in Texas, even provided a fake address. After they got their payment not only did they disappear they were hosting our website and now it is completely gone, and they refusing to release the website to our new website manager, because we did not want to renew hosting with them. Now they are saying they never provided services for website hosting. The only people who can get away with this is those who are off shore. So be careful when trusting them with your website.

We have been working successfully with GelComm and Patricio (Pato) Fuentes, their Principal & Founder, for many years now. They initially engaged Capitola Media to create and produce a series of videos for Oral-B (P&G) and Disney. Our deadline was incredibly tight, and firm. GelComm helped us craft a great script and accompanying storyboards. Casting went subsequently smoothly as well. Physical production was next, followed by a lot of late-night motion graphics work. Communication back and forth between us and Gelcomm was always efficient and collaborative. And we made our deadline. All three clients were happy, and we have since worked with GelComm on a number of different CPG packaging projects based on our first positive production together. We cannot recommend Gelcomm and Patricio enough.

Sure, you can try Fiverr or Upwork or Freelancer for your business design needs, but you know what they say...Not to knock the gig creatives on those platforms, but my project sincerely benefitted from the steady, iterative development of preferences, ideas, and approvals. I am generally resolute in decision-making, plus my bestie is a graphic designer, so I tried earnestly to not be THAT client. I was *totally* that client, HAHA (forgive yourself in advance).Vani was recommended & praised by a friend who operates a small business of her own. For the creation of my own small biz, I went all in with the Corporate Branding Package which was more than I was looking to spend, but I wholeheartedly agree that You Get What You Pay For. The team at Design Spinners initially offered multiple options of a logo created around my proposal, and probably drafted 6 or more progressive versions to my liking, until I changed my mind altogether, thinking I wanted a completely new design. Then Vani's team presented a draft based on my newest desire and began expanding it. Well, in the end, an option from original draft #1 was the winner among friends & fam. I was so bashful to tell Vani that the back and forth circled me back to the beginning, and her team had it right from the start. She was so gracious and didn't make me feel like the client in a graphic designer's tale (even though I was).I am so pleased with the professionalism and service that I've stayed on with the monthly hosting maintenance plan for my website. The rep Laurianne Usanase snuck a meeting in my calendar and her team tried to ambush me with a sales presentation. I think they are just randomly inviting people to meetings, hoping they accept and then hoping they can force a sale. I am not sure how they thought that would work but it took 15 minutes of my time to figure out what was going on. This was pretty awful and underhanded.
