We engaged UPQODE for a full website redesign and development project to modernize our online presence and better position ourselves in the federal contracting and defense technology space. The project included UI/UX design for 17 page templates across 42 total pages, WordPress development with Elementor Pro, technical SEO implementation, and a style guide.From day one, UPQODE's project management was excellent. They assigned a dedicated team including a project manager, creative director, UI/UX designer, and developers and kept the project organized and moving forward through clear milestones and regular communication. Their use of ActiveCollab and Figma made collaboration seamless, even with our team balancing multiple priorities.The design phase was a highlight. The homepage concepts they delivered in June 2025 were strong, and the iterative feedback process through Figma was smooth and efficient.
