They took a lot of information and organized it into a visual rhyme and rhythm so that when people get to our site they know exactly how to find what they are looking for. At the same time, they enhanced the experience, compelling users to discover new things that they might not have intentionally visited the site to find. From a functionality standpoint, we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Beyond that, the CMS they built the platform on is very easy to use and offers us the flexibility to easily change content to keep our site fresh on an ongoing basis.
