Steve chased me to move my books over from my previous accountant, then delivered the opposite of what he promised. He told me he'd lodge my BAS as nil and fix it later, then deliberately didn't lodge it until I asked him about it and it was too late and I got fined — in his own words, "If I lodge a nil you'll lag around like you have been… Now you'll actually get me your info." When I asked why, he flipped out and got hostile, and made it my fault for even asking. He also let my 2024–2025 tax return sit until it was nearly a year overdue, then two weeks before the deadline fobbed me off to H&R Block — after being the one who talked me into switching to him in the first place. Unprofessional and takes it out on you the moment you question him. Avoid.

I had a disappointing experience interviewing for the Senior SEO Executive and PPC Executive positions at Unibiz Tech in Gurugram. My interview process took a total of 4 hours, of which only 30 minutes were spent in actual interviews (HR and technical). The rest of the time was wasted waiting for senior employees to conduct the second round of interviews. Despite having approximately 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, I was informed after the second round that I was not selected. This decision felt particularly unfair when I learned that a fresher, who struggled to fill basic details on the interview form (such as DOJ and company name) with the assistance of the security guard and phone calls to friends, was offered the position at a salary of ₹15,000. I also inquired with the HR before the interview if the company had the budget to match my experience and expectations, to which they assured me they did. However, it became evident that they prioritized hiring a fresher at a lower salary over someone with relevant skills and experience. Additionally, I traveled from Noida to Gurugram, which took me 2 hours, making this experience even more frustrating. The company's lack of professionalism, inefficient time management, and disregard for experienced candidates like me reflect poorly on their recruitment process. I do not recommend Unibiz Tech to experienced professionals seeking serious opportunities.
