Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers!If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. Arnie recovered everything and made my setup look and work exactly like before.On top of that, he got it running with my older Mac, which had been a total headache before. Other places said it couldn’t be done or didn’t even want to try.Arnie’s a real tech wizard — he’ll dig in until he figures it out. And on top of it all, he’s just a super nice, humble guy — a real treasure.

Stress … a lot of it i had when my accounts been taken over my bussines had been compromised i was losing emails contracts hacked bank accounts i went tru all of it . The solution was arkadian cybersecurity . Arnie made a trip of ten days from new york to vancouver canada and fixed my problem recovered all my stolen accounts created a super secure network and i got my peace of mind back again. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

It started when Matt Nadelson called to ask if he could come a half-hour early. That alone separates Computer Camaraderie from most in-house appointments with people coming late and not always calling to say they'll be late. Once Matt arrived, he immediately addressed the issue and by the time he left, the problem was resolved and he taught me a couple of things on the computer as well as on my cellphone. It's wonderful to have someone you trust who is so very knowledgeable ... and nice.

I had a total disaster after Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new computer for me. It opened a new Microsoft installation with a new name, and it named me as Administrator, both without informing me or letting me know the new names. Several rescue tries with other organizations only resulted in the disappearance of everything, probably into the cloud although I didn't know how to retrieve them from there. My financial and medical and other info for the past 35 years were apparently gone. I was then referred here. They were very patient and helped me, even though I was finally resigned to never seeing my files again. Finally, though, Bryan managed to find my things. Everything's in different places now, and I've spent the past week trying to arrange the stuff to my liking, but it's back! I don't have to try to find my back taxes if they're needed! It's an enormous weight off my back. I highly recommend this business.

We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!
