The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

eSILO Tech Support Review I am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me. To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!
