      My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company.I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste.Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical.I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!
