Agency Squid is truly unlike any other ad agency out there. There is no ego involved and they listen to what their clients needs are while still challenging them to think about things differently. The smaller but mighty team is well rounded and each bring a different perspective to the table. I would recommend them for any design/marketing, product promotion or special project. This is our first year at Peach Bowl, Inc. working with Modo Modo. In fact, we're literally months into our business relationship.I'll be able to provide a more thorough review later, but we have found Modo Modo to be an intensely engaged agency. They have very talented people in the design chairs and the account management team. At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. In both cases, Dos Mundos responded quickly and fixed the issue. I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING).They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand.Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far.Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism.The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10
