it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week.these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me.on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order.i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year 😪. Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates.
