I hired JMJ WebPro to redesign Gluten Free Life & Travels, my business based Pennsylvania. The existing website contained an active blog, consultations, gluten-free guides and products, and travel-related resources, but the different services were not as easy to understand or navigate as I wanted. One of my main goals was to make one-on-one consultations much more prominent while continuing to support my blog, guides, and gluten-free travel content. Javed and JMJ WebPro reorganized the website structure, redesigned the homepage and inner pages, improved calls to action, refined the consultation journey, reorganized the presentation of guides and products, and created a clearer Travel Planning section. An important part of the project was distinguishing between the gluten-free travel consultations and customized U.S. guides I provide personally and the cruise and Disney travel bookings I provide through Gluten-Free Vacations. Javed took the time to understand that distinction and reflect it in the website structure. The project also involved Wix development, responsive/mobile optimization, basic on-page SEO, site testing, transferring the redesigned website, connecting it to my existing domain, and helping resolve several Wix-related booking, form, payment, and post-launch issues. I appreciated JMJ WebPro's responsiveness with revisions, and willingness to work with me to design the project how I envisioned it.
