Digital Services Review from Caterina Sestili GAICD, CAHRI
WARNING: FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS DO NOT BUY FROM PROVIDER DIGITAL PTY LTD James Mcierty is a fraud
If you are considering doing business with Provider Digital Pty Ltd, DO NOT PROCEED. This company is a scam. It has defrauded multiple clients, including us, through fraudulent practices, failure to deliver, and outright dishonesty.
We engaged Provider Digital Pty Ltd in late 2023 to develop a website and provide digital marketing services for our business. The project was supposed to be completed in December 2023, but we are still waiting over 14 months later. Despite numerous follow-ups, meetings, and commitments from their representative, James Meichtry, they have failed to deliver the promised services.
Key Issues We Experienced:
Unfinished Website Over a Year Late!
The project was due in December 2023 and is still incomplete as of February 2025.
Despite multiple reassurances and a meeting on January 21, 2025, where James personally promised to finish it in 3 days, nothing was done.
After numerous attempts to support them to remedy the situation, a staging link was provided in February 2025, but it lacked essential content we had already offered and was still unfinished.
Avoidance and Lack of Communication
Multiple attempts to reach them via email and phone calls have been ignored.
They have repeatedly dodged our inquiries. Their main business phone constantly goes to message bank and/or seems to be unattended.
Their development teams, based in the Philippines, are hopeless, with no experience and technical or design capability. The logo designs they sent were AI generated and lacking any creativity or professionalism.
Their teams change almost monthly, leading to a complete lack of accountability.
Substandard and Amateur Work
When a draft was finally shared, it contained incorrect branding, outdated images, and amateurish designs.
We provided branded images and several times, yet they continue to use irrelevant stock

SEO Review from Karen Dowsey
I engaged with this company on 26 January, 2024 for a Web Essentials Package but, to date, no work has been carried out on the agreed-upon services. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Mike Hasiuk, I was told that someone would be in touch, but weeks have passed without any follow-up. I also reached out to Marty Steele, who assured me he would pass my concerns on to Mike, but I have not heard back from either of them.
Unfortunately, the company has refused to provide a refund and has been unresponsive, leaving me with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Department of Fair Trading. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Bhavin Shah's Review Sourced from Google
I strongly advise all suppliers to exercise caution when considering doing business with Provider Digital. We have been following up on unpaid cleaning service invoices for the past two years, with consistent communication since November 2024.
James from Provider Digital repeatedly promised payment but failed to follow through. On two occasions, we posted Google reviews highlighting our experience. Both times, James requested us to remove the reviews, citing concerns about their clientele. Out of respect, we complied.
On January 21st, we agreed that payment would be made by February 10th. Today is February 25th, and no payment has been received. Instead, we continue to receive excuses, ranging from blaming the collection agency to requesting invoices that have already been provided.
This experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly encourage other suppliers to proceed with caution when dealing with this firm and urge Provider Digital's clients to consider working with ethical and reliable service providers.
